hey guys, i've been trying to calling the PNG embassy for the last 3 days with no pick up.. i require one of my employees to travel to phillipines next week for urgent eye surgury. on the website it says that it is Visa on Arrival, but it also mentions there is a medical Visa.. Would it be possible for him to fly out wednesday and obtain visa on arrival?? the procedure and recovery time will be less than 30days, and he will travel directly back to PNG. thank you and please get back to me ASAP so i can confirm flights this afternoon
