Hi Sir/Madam, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek your assistance with the renewal of my Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) and Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) card in the Philippines. As the father of an unborn child, I find myself in a unique situation. My Filipino wife and I are currently in India, where she is four months pregnant. Unfortunately, due to the circumstances, I am unable to return to the Philippines in person to renew my TRV and ACR card, both of which are set to expire on November 23. However, I am fortunate to have an authorized representative in the Philippines who can act on my behalf to complete the renewal process. I am reaching out to explore the possibility of any exceptions or assistance that can be provided to facilitate this renewal, given the extraordinary circumstances we are facing. Your guidance and support in this matter would be greatly appreciated, as it will help me maintain my legal status and fulfill my responsibilities as a parent. I understand that these are unique circumstances, and I am willing to provide any necessary documentation or fulfill additional requirements to ensure a smooth renewal process. If there are any forms or procedures that need to be followed, please do let me know, and I will ensure that everything is handled promptly and correctly. I am open to any suggestions or recommendations that can help expedite this process and allow me to continue my legal stay in the Philippines. Thank you for your time and consideration. Your support would mean a lot to our family during this important time in our lives. I am eager to cooperate and provide any information required to facilitate this renewal process. Looking forward to your response and guidance on how to proceed. Sincerely, Thanks AJ
