My fiancee is giving birth in the Philippines next month, the hospital is requiring me to sign the birth certificate of my child since I'm the legal father and currntly here working in Italy. Question is, my fiancee will be mailing the original birth cert and I will sign it but needs to be notarized or apostille from the Philippine Consulate. Hello, I am currently in Naples these days. If possible I would pass this afternoon. I need to start the process for obtaining my Filipino Passport. My mother and my mother's side of the family is Filipino.
