To whom it may concern, My Filipino son who works in Netherlands will have a business trip in Ghana sponsored by Leiden University (Netherlands) after his vacation in Manila in January. Please advise if he can apply for his tourist visa to Ghana in Manila or should it be in Netherlands. If in the Philippines, what are the requirements? Thank you.
