Dear Sir / Madam . I would like to know the procedure for obtaining a visa to Belize. I am a young Cameroonian living in China, and I have a cousin of Cameroonian nationality who is sick and would like to go to Belize for medical treatment and who barely gets around. So I would like to know if it is possible that someone else can submit his file in his place for a visa application? since he is sick and barely walks and there is no Belize embassy in Cameroon please?
